It all begins with a call of about fifteen minutes, at a time that suits you. After that, every step takes place wherever you are.

Meeting and choice of fabric.
We come to you with our swatch books. We talk about your needs and your style, then we take your measurements.

First fitting.
Your piece takes shape. We adjust the volumes, the proportions and the lines directly on you.

Final fitting and delivery.
One last adjustment, then your garment is handed to you, ready to wear.
Average lead time: 4 to 5 weeks between the first meeting and delivery, depending on the piece and the availability of the fabric.

A made to measure garment is more than accurate measurements. It begins with a meeting: your daily life, your tastes, the way you move.
My role is to build a coherent wardrobe with you, piece by piece, one that suits you today as it will in ten years.

QUESTIONS
How does the first contact work?
You choose a time slot online. Niccolò calls you at the time you chose, in French, Dutch, English or Italian, for about fifteen minutes: your project, the occasion, your timing, then the date of your first meeting.
Where do you travel?
We are based in Brussels and travel all over Belgium and Europe. Our next visits are listed above. If your city is not listed, or for an appointment outside Belgium, we arrange the trip together during the first call.
How long does it take?
Allow 4 to 5 weeks on average between the first meeting and delivery, depending on the piece and the availability of the fabric.
How many fittings?
One or two, depending on the piece and the adjustments needed. The garment is only finished when its drape and its balance are right.
What are your prices?
The price depends on the fabric, the model and the finishing. You receive a detailed quote at the first meeting, with no obligation.
Is there a charge for the first meeting?
No, it is free. It follows the call, which lets us prepare it: we show you the fabrics, define the style with you and take your measurements.
Do you make wedding suits?
Yes. We accompany you from the first meeting to delivery, according to your style, the ceremony and the venue.
How does payment work?
In one payment, when the order is confirmed, once the fabric, the model and the details have been agreed together. There is no deposit and no balance.
What if an adjustment is needed after delivery?
Alterations are part of the service. We adjust the garment until its drape and its finishing are right.
Can my assistant arrange the appointment?
Of course. Your assistant books the call under your name, and Niccolò adapts to your schedule.
Does my information stay confidential?
Always. We never name our clients, and your information is used only for your order.
